From TorqBolt (Mumbai, India): Super Duplex 2507 pipe fittings in UNS S32750 (EN 1.4410) cover the buttweld elbows, tees, reducers, caps, crosses and stub ends used to assemble super duplex piping systems for chloride and sour service. Fittings are produced from 2507 seamless pipe by hot or cold forming and from 2507 forged billet for the heavier weights. TorqBolt holds 2507 buttweld fittings at the Mumbai warehouse in NPS 1/2" through 24" with EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill certificates and Type 3.2 third-party-witnessed on request.
The fittings are supplied to ASTM A815 designation WP-S32750 for wrought ferritic / austenitic / martensitic stainless piping fittings. Dimensions follow ASME B16.9 (factory-made wrought buttwelding fittings) and ASME B16.28 (short-radius elbows and returns). Sour-service certification per NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3 is available with controlled hardness and ferrite balance.

ASTM A815 designation WP-S32750 (wrought ferritic / austenitic stainless fittings), ASME B16.9 (factory-made wrought buttwelding fittings), ASME B16.28 (short-radius elbows and returns), MSS SP-43 (light-wall stainless fittings), MSS SP-25 (marking), NORSOK M-630 (material data sheet) and NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3 for sour service.
WP-S (seamless) is formed from seamless pipe per A790. WP-W (welded) is formed from welded pipe with the longitudinal seam re-annealed in line. WP-WX (welded, extra-tested) adds full radiography of the seam. All three meet the same chemistry and mechanical envelope under ASTM A815. Many sour-service operators prefer WP-S for critical NACE applications.
NPS 1/2" through 24" is routine. Schedules 10S, 40S, 80S, 160 and XXS are all available. Custom wall thickness on EFW-formed fittings above NPS 16". Reducer ranges run NPS 1" x 1/2" through 24" x 12" both concentric and eccentric.
Yes, qualified per NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3 with hardness restricted to 28 HRC maximum and ferrite content within 35 to 65 percent. The application zone, H2S partial pressure and chloride limits are stated on the EN 10204 Type 3.1 or 3.2 certificate when ordered with NACE compliance.
ER2594 (overmatching, slightly higher PREN) or ER2553 (matching) per AWS A5.9. Heat input 0.5 to 2.5 kJ per millimetre, interpass below 150 degrees Celsius, argon plus 2 to 5 percent nitrogen shielding for GTAW root pass. WPS qualified per ASME IX with NORSOK M-601 acceptance.
No, copper is not an intentional alloying element in UNS S32750. ASTM A815 permits 0.50 max as residual, not intentional. Copper-bearing super duplex grades are Zeron 100 (S32760, fittings to A815 WP-S32760) and Ferralium 255 (S32550), which are different alloys and supplied under different ASTM designations.
