Super Duplex 2507 flat bar in UNS S32750 (EN 1.4410) is supplied as hot-rolled and edge-trimmed strip for keys, base plates, lifting eyes, structural shapes and weld-prep stock for fabricated valve bodies and pump casings. TorqBolt holds 2507 flat bar in widths 10 to 200 mm and thicknesses 3 to 80 mm at the Mumbai warehouse, with EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill certificates and Type 3.2 third-party-witnessed on request.
Flat bar follows ASTM A479 chemistry for designation S32750 and ASTM A276 dimensional rules for shapes. Heavier sections cross over to ASTM A182 grade F53 when ordered as forged billet. Sour-service certification per NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3 is available with controlled hardness and ferrite balance.

Per ASTM A479 designation S32750: 25Cr-7Ni-3.5Mo-0.3N. Copper is restricted to 0.50 max as residual, not intentional. PREN of 41 or higher.

Solution annealing at 1040 to 1100 degrees Celsius followed by water quench. Heavier sections (above 50 mm thick) are quenched in agitated water to drive the bar through the sigma-phase nose between 600 and 1000 degrees Celsius before precipitation can begin.
ASTM A479 (bar for pressure vessels), ASTM A276 (shapes), EN 10088-3 Werkstoff 1.4410, NORSOK M-630 (material data sheet) and NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3 for sour service.
Mill-edge for as-rolled bar and trimmed-edge (saw or shear) on order. Heavier sections above 25 mm typically ship mill-edge; lighter strip 3 to 12 mm is supplied trimmed for fabrication.
Yes, with a minimum bend radius of 2 times the thickness for transverse bends. Yield strength is high (550 MPa min), so bend force is roughly twice that of austenitic 316L. Heavy bends should be solution annealed after forming to recover ferrite balance.
Yes, qualified per NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3 with 28 HRC max hardness and ferrite within 35 to 65 percent. The certificate states the application zone, H2S partial pressure and chloride limits when ordered with NACE compliance.
No, copper is not an intentional alloying element in UNS S32750. ASTM A479 permits 0.50 max as residual, not intentional. Copper-bearing super duplex grades are Zeron 100 (S32760) and Ferralium 255 (S32550), supplied separately.
